An easy-to-follow 8 week walking program
designed to set up the New Year, introduce
people to the benefits of walking as simple
exercise and motivate people to lead more
active lives.

PARTICIPATION:
Simply sign up for eight weeks of training beginning the week of
Remembrance Day (week of November 10th) and ending the week
